How to Request Deletion

1. 1

   Revoke access via Facebook (optional)

   Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites → Remove Opti Digital.

2. 2

   Send a deletion request to our team

   Email us at manny@optidigitalservices.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your name and the email address associated with your account.

3. 3

   Receive confirmation

   We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and send a final confirmation once deletion is complete.

Deletion Timeline

1. Day 1

   We receive your deletion request and send an acknowledgment email.

2. Within 5 business days

   Your account is deactivated and data queued for permanent deletion from our systems.

3. Within 30 days

   All personal data, Meta tokens, and account-related information are permanently deleted from our servers and backups.

4. Confirmation

   You receive a final confirmation email that deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

• Your name, email, and contact information
• Meta / Facebook access tokens stored in our system
• Social media account IDs and linked page data
• Analytics reports and insights data generated for your accounts
• Content history and scheduling data
• Anonymized, aggregated data not linked to your identity (retained for internal service improvement)
• Records required by law or for fraud prevention (minimum legal retention period applies)
