Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Opti Digital website, tools (including the Website Grader), or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Opti Digital provides digital marketing services including website design, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, social media management, branding, review management, and content creation. Specific scope and deliverables are defined in your individual service agreement or proposal.

• Provide accurate business information and grant necessary access to your accounts
• Own or have the right to use all content, logos, and materials you provide to us
• Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and marketing regulations
• Pay invoices on the agreed-upon schedule

Websites, designs, and creative work delivered as part of paid engagements are transferred to you upon full payment. Opti Digital's proprietary methods, templates, tools, and internal documentation remain our exclusive property.

Opti Digital does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. SEO and marketing results depend on many factors outside our control (search engine algorithms, competition, market conditions).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opti Digital's total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you for the services in the 3 months preceding any claim.

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Termination does not relieve payment obligations for work completed prior to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
