Meta / Facebook Data

When you authorize our platform through Meta Login, we may access the following data on your behalf:

  • Your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts you manage
  • Page insights and performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement)
  • Post data and scheduling information
  • Audience demographics (aggregate, not individual user data)

Important: We only access Meta data that is strictly necessary to provide our services. We do not sell or share your Meta data with third parties for advertising purposes. We comply with Meta's Platform Terms.

Google Business Profile & Places Data

When you use our Website Grader or authorize Google Business Profile management, we access:

  • Publicly available business information (name, address, phone, hours, categories)
  • Google Business Profile insights, reviews, photos, and posts you manage
  • Google Places API data for competitive analysis and local search visibility

We use this data solely to generate reports, recommendations, and to manage your listings on your behalf, in compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Meta-related tokens and data are removed from our systems within 30 days of account disconnection or deletion request. Grader lead submissions are retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up with you, unless you request earlier deletion.
