Will this work with my dispatch software?

Yes. We've integrated with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Workiz, FieldEdge, and most other field-service platforms. If you don't have one, we'll set up a lightweight workflow that fires from your invoicing tool or even a Google Sheet.

Is automated review-asking allowed by Google?

Absolutely — Google encourages it. What Google prohibits is gating (only asking happy customers) and incentives (paying for reviews). Our system asks every customer with a clean, neutral message, which keeps you fully compliant.

What about bad reviews?

We monitor every new review and alert you immediately to anything 3 stars or below. We draft a calm, owner-approved response and, where appropriate, help you reach out privately to resolve the issue. For clearly fake or policy-violating reviews, we file disputes with Google.

How fast will my rating actually go up?
